The Asüfii Christian Institute (ACI) is established for Higher Secondary and Undergraduate Arts and Science Education. It was established in 2010, to provide quality education in Christian setting and practice of its precepts. The Institute aims at imparting secular education by integrating Biblical principles and thereby moulding the students into responsible citizens and to bring about positive changes in the region. The Institute is affiliated to the Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM) and Manipur University (MU). The Institute is recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) Under Section 2(f) & 12(B) of the UGC Act, 1956. The Institute was established by Mr. L. Dikho, A noted prominent entrepreneur, social worker and politician (The present MLA of the 48th Mao A/C, also the Minister, PHED, Printing and Stationery, Govt. of Manipur) under the Aegis of Non Governmental Organization, called as the "Asufii Christian Institute". The members are drawn from various walks of life with Mr. L. Dikho as the President of the Society and Chairman of the Board of Governing Council.
